Information from third parties
With your consent or at your direction, we may receive information about you from third parties, including your custodian, broker-dealer, or financial institution; your tax preparer, accountant, or attorney; your insurance agent or company; and other professionals you have engaged in connection with your financial planning.
Information from your use of our services
- Records of our communications with you, including emails, meeting notes, and call records.

How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect to provide financial planning and consulting services to you; develop, deliver, and update your personalized financial plan; communicate with you about your plan and related matters; comply with our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations; protect against fraud, unauthorized access, and other risks; and improve our services.
We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes unrelated to our advisory services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to any third party for marketing purposes.
Categories of Information We May Share
We share your personal information only in the limited circumstances described below.
Service providers
We may share your personal information with third-party service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as cloud storage and email providers, financial planning software providers, customer relationship management (CRM) software providers, compliance consultants and outside legal counsel, and information technology and cybersecurity service providers. Service providers are required by contract to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information and to use it only for the purposes for which it was provided.
At your direction
With your written consent or at your direction, we may share your personal information with other professionals working on your behalf, such as your tax preparer, accountant, attorney, or insurance agent.
Legal and regulatory disclosures
We may disclose your personal information as required by law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or examination by a regulatory authority. We may also disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, the safety of others, or to comply with a legal process.
Successor in interest
If the Firm is acquired, merged, or transfers a substantial portion of its business to another entity, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring or successor entity, subject to the privacy protections of this Policy and applicable law. Where required by law, your consent will be obtained before any such transfer becomes effective.
Information We Do Not Share
We do not share your personal information with non-affiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Specifically, we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party; we do not share your information with marketing companies, advertisers, or data brokers; and we do not receive compensation, commissions, or referral fees from any third party for sharing your information.
The Firm has no affiliates that would receive your information. The Firm is a single-member limited liability company with no parent company, subsidiary, sister company, or other affiliated entity.
How We Protect Your Information
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal information. These safeguards include storing electronic information on encrypted systems and reputable cloud service providers with strong security controls; limiting access to personnel and service providers who need it; using strong passwords, multi-factor authentication, and access controls; maintaining a written information security program addressing technical, administrative, and physical safeguards; training personnel on privacy and security obligations; and maintaining incident response procedures to address any suspected unauthorized access to or disclosure of personal information.
Despite these safeguards, no system is completely secure. If you believe your personal information has been compromised or accessed without authorization, please contact us immediately using the contact information below.
Former Clients
If you cease to be a client of the Firm, we will continue to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. We may retain your information for the period required by applicable recordkeeping requirements (generally five years under federal and Colorado rules) and as needed to address any legal, regulatory, or business matters that may arise. Our information-sharing practices for former clients are the same as for current clients.
Your Rights
You have the right to receive a copy of this Privacy Policy at the time you become a client and annually thereafter, and at any time upon request; to receive notice of any material changes before they take effect; to request reasonable corrections to inaccurate information we maintain about you; to withdraw consent for specific disclosures you previously authorized; and to contact us with any questions or concerns about how your information is handled.
Because we do not share your information with non-affiliated third parties for marketing purposes, no opt-out election is required to prevent such sharing. The Firm does not engage in the type of information sharing that would trigger an opt-out right under Regulation S-P.
